Yes, HR Engine will connect to most ATS systems: send us a note mentioning your ATS and we will get back to you quickly.
Yes, you will be able to determine which skills you would like to test, and to define these skills according to your understanding and level of requirement. The AI will then ask the best questions (it has been trained in the art of recruiting) and follow-up questions to make sure the candidate is tested properly, and provides illustrations to demonstrate his/her skills.

When creating a job in your recruiter account, you will be asked to define 3 to 7 skills that you would like our agent to test: the agent will then come up with the best questions and follow-up questions.
If you would like to customize more settings (duration, message templates, time window to conduct interviews…), all these features will be live in 2025 on your recruiter app, but in the meantime, just ask us and we will be happy to change the settings for you.
